Terms of Service

Interim terms — last updated April 2026

Note: Iterpol is currently in a paid testing phase. These are interim terms covering use of the service today. They are not a final or legally reviewed agreement. If you need a formal contract, contact support@iterpol.com.

1. Acceptance

By using Iterpol you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Iterpol is an AI-assisted presentation generation tool. You provide a topic, document, or URL; the service uses AI providers to draft slides and renders them for preview, editing, and export.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for any activity that happens under your account. Keep your sign-in details safe.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Iterpol to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful;
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the API or rate limits;
  • Submit content that you do not have the right to submit.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the topics, documents, prompts, and presentations you create with Iterpol. You grant us a limited licence to process that content for the purpose of providing the service (see the privacy notice for which third parties are involved).

6. AI-generated output

Slides are produced by AI models and may contain errors, omissions, or content that needs editing before use. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before publishing or distributing it.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on your selection). You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by law in your jurisdiction.

8. Service availability

Iterpol is in a paid testing phase. We aim for the service to be available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or any specific uptime level during this phase. Maintenance, third-party outages (e.g. AI providers), and bugs may temporarily affect availability.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that AI-generated output is accurate, fit for any particular purpose, or free of defects.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iterpol's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes to the service or these terms

Iterpol is under active development; features may change, be added, or be removed. We may also update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the current version.

12. Termination

You may stop using Iterpol at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to the service or other users.
