Privacy Notice
Interim notice — last updated April 2026
Note: Iterpol is currently in a paid testing phase. This is an interim notice describing how the service works today. It is not a final or legally reviewed policy. If you need a formal data processing arrangement, contact support@iterpol.com.
What we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive an email address and a provider account identifier from Google. We use these to create and authenticate your account.
- Content you create. Presentations, generation prompts, uploaded PDFs, URLs you submit for extraction, presets, and theme settings. These are stored in our database so you can come back to them.
- Billing information. If you upgrade to a paid plan, payment details are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full payment card number — we store a Stripe customer reference only.
How we use it
- To provide the service: generate, preview, edit, and export presentations.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe.
- To respond to your support requests.
Third parties we send data to
To run Iterpol we send data to a small set of processors. Each one only receives what is needed for its function:
- Supabase — database and authentication. Stores your account and the content you create.
- Vercel — application hosting. Receives request metadata.
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI generation. Receives the topic, prompt parameters, and any document or URL content you submit so it can generate slides. Anthropic's own data handling is governed by their terms.
- CloudConvert — slide rendering. Receives the generated PowerPoint file in order to render the visual preview.
- Stripe — payment processing. Receives billing information when you upgrade.
- Google — sign-in. We receive your email and a provider identifier after you authenticate with Google.
Retention
We keep your account and the content you create until you delete them. You can delete individual presentations from the workbench at any time. To delete your account and the data associated with it, email support@iterpol.com and we will action the request.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete the data we hold about you. Email us at the address above and we will respond.
Changes
This interim notice will be replaced with a fuller policy as Iterpol moves out of paid testing. The “last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the current version.
